The JITBox/JETBox/TAXIBox series designed and developed by ALSCO are designed for the logistics industry. The box body is made of aluminum alloy frame and PP honeycomb panel, and the raw materials can be recycled; the box body adopts lightweight and low wind resistance design, which is conducive to energy saving and emission reduction.

The operation process is: packing of goods - sealing the door and locking the box - loading with forklift operation - locking and fixing - long-distance transportation - unloading with forklift operation. Forklift loading and unloading can be used to improve vehicle loading and unloading efficiency and reduce waiting time.

堆疊顛簸測試兩箱滿載堆疊，采用不規(guī)則折線模擬地形，用真實路途遇到的顛簸情況來模擬，通過地形情況測試圍板的抗震性以及牢固穩(wěn)定性，該測試過程每個階段都會引起不同程度的振動，以模擬真實路途中遇到的各種情況。
堆疊爬坡測試兩箱滿載堆疊，測量箱體在爬坡時整體結構穩(wěn)定性，是否會出現(xiàn)坍塌等。
冷凍測試測試箱體在低溫環(huán)境下，整體的結構，材質抗沖擊性。
抗壓測試壓力機上壓板對產品持續(xù)施加壓力，下降幅度在大壓力處下降10%時停止施壓。
跌落測試產品分別在常溫、低溫下，被測體離地面高度1.2m連續(xù)跌落三次。
沖擊測試沖擊測試分為斜面沖擊和水平沖擊。產品各面以1.1m/s的末速度分別進行撞擊，測試產品的抗沖擊性。
